Question- Can I use an Apple computer or use a browser such as Safari or Chrome?
Answer- Yes, it is possible to access the courses with an Apple computer and using a browser such as Safari or Chrome. In order to view the XPS files with a Mac, you must download this application to make it possible.

This will make the courses viewable.
What should I do if I have a problem printing the certificate or the feedback link doesnt work and/ or the course says "Not Started"?
a) After the completion of the course, if you can't select feedback link please refresh the page and or select the "Get Score" and then you'll be able to print the certificate.
b) If the feedback link works, if needed please make sure you print the certificate immediately.
c) After recieving the certificate please ignore the message "Not Started" because the certificate indicates you have completed the training course.
1. Check with your company, if they have a corporate account, so that you can be eligible for a 10% additional discount. You can also email Quality University to start setting up your own corporate account.
2. It is recommended to use Internet Explorer.
3. Each person taking accounts/courses need to have separate Quality University log-on ID.
- Contact Name in LOGON ID should be the name of the person, whom is going to take the training. Upon passing exam, certificate will be issued to the persons name is in the Contact Information in the Quality University Logon ID account.
- Credit Card information can be different than contact name (the person, who will be taking the course).
4. Steps for Creating Quality University Logon ID:
- Go to www.qualityuniversity.com
- Click the logon selection in the top right hand corner.
- Select the Click Here link to create a new account
- Fill out all necessary boxes with information of person taking the online courses.
- Clicks continue and your logon account will be created using the email address and password that you have created.
5. Make sure pop-up blocker is off. Steps to turn off pop-up blocker:
- Go to menu bar
- Select Tools
- Scroll down to pop-up blocker
- Disable/Turn off pop-up blocker
Note: You may have to turn the pop-up blocker on then off. Be sure that you keep the pop-up blocker off at all times.
6. You can logon and logoff to start/stop the training as many times as you want.
7. Use CSC (3-4 digits) on back or front of card.
8. If Credit Card is denied or you receive an error message, enter all billing information again. This includes security code, expiration date, and credit card number.
If problem still exists, try to open logon account.
8. Upon registration, if you don?t see the course module or course module does not load, please make sure pop-up blocker is off and company does not have firewall blocking by default MS Internet Explorer MHTML Parsing Vulnerabilities per MS-06-043. This is a redundant protection on some networks, in case client computers did not have Microsoft patch to correct this problem.
You can try different computers or try from home. If there are still problems, send us an email.
9. Make sure that when you select a course to be purchased that you are not logged onto your account. In other words, select a course first then logon only when it asks you to logon.

1. I took the course, passed it, took the exam, passed the exam and received the necessary certificate. But the login still says to take the course?
ANSWER:Once you receive the certificate it is already registered, therefore please ignore the above message. There is no need to take the course again.
2. Having difficulty with the schedule, not sure what days or evenings I can enroll for these subjects?
ANSWER: You can register for courses any time and take training at your own pace. You logon and logout as much as you want.
3. I would like to be able to offer courses to all new hires and then a refresher for next year for all employees. Is there a group rate or a way to purchase a block of courses?
ANSWER:Yes, you can. We have a corporate rate with an additional 10% discount.
4. Upon completion of your course, do I receive a certificate which is registered by the governing board of the IRCA with a registered course number including valid date?
ANSWER: Certificate is issued by Quality University IRCA is not needed for our courses.
5. I'm outside the U.S? Can I take your on-line courses? How to pay, billing address is only for U.S?
ANSWER: Yes, courses can be taken anywhere in the world, Refer payments options and countries supported.
6. Tried to order this but being Canadian, could not select a province only a state?
ANSWER: This issue has been resolved; one should be able to take the training, anywhere in the world. (See supporting countries)
7.I was interested in taking an online course. How can my company set-up an account?
ANSWER: Refer to corporate account setup or send us an email, and we will send corporate setup forms.
8. After the completing the online training, do I get a certificate?
ANSWER: Yes, certificate is issued by Quality University once you pass the course.
9. How long it takes to complete specific course?
ANSWER: Internal Auditing courses can take up to 16 hours; some people complete the course in as little as 4 hours.
10. What happen, if I do not pass the exam/test in the first attempt, do I need to pay extra?
ANSWER: No, you don?t have to pay extra. You can retake exam/test until you have passed.
11. When do I receive my certificate?
ANSWER: Once you pass the exam/test, certificate will be issued online. One can print or download the certificate copy.
12. Is there another certificate beside online certificate?
ANSWER: No, the online copy is an official copy.
13. Can training be used for Continuous Education Units? (CEU)
ANSWER: Yes, please also check with organization/agency for type and number of CEU needed.
14. How much time do I have to complete the course, once I registered for the specific course?
ANSWER: 4 weeks, can be extended for 2 weeks upon request.
15. Do you have corporate discount?
ANSWER: Yes, 10% discount.
16. How can I set-up a corporate account?

17. How long does it take to process corporate application?
